ITRS Avocat, a firm of tax lawyers specializing in international taxation (particularly Franco-German), tax litigation and real estate taxation, is looking for a tax lawyer, ideally with previous experience. 

Our niche positioning gives us access to a wide variety of clients, including individuals and small and medium-sized businesses, as well as numerous investment funds and listed multinational companies.

As part of a boutique firm, you will be in direct contact with the founding partner, and will quickly be introduced to a diversified international clientele (German- and English-speaking countries). You will be involved in all aspects of taxation (direct corporate taxation, VAT, asset taxation and litigation), generally in a cross-border context. 

The flexibility of our structure allows each member to express his or her talents, develop new skills and get involved in all aspects of the firm’s life. A motivated candidate will be able to evolve rapidly with real prospects for partnership.

Desired profile:

• Master’s degree in tax law or DJCE (Diplôme de juriste conseil d’entreprise), ideally complemented by a Franco-German background;
• First successful experience in a law firm
• Rigor and determination, analytical skills, good writing skills and team spirit.

Given the firm’s international positioning, a good command of German and English is essential.

A partially remote-working activity is a possibility, especially for a candidate based outside Paris.
